Infrastructure includes 1000 m2 Cleanroom with Class 1000 and Class 100 and High Accuracy Labs. Particular equipment relevant for this project includes X-Rays Diffraction (XRD), Small Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS), Fourier-Transformed Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Environmental-Scanning Electron Microscopy (E-SEM), Focus Ion Beam-SEM (FIB-SEM), High Resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy (HR-TEM), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), Confocal Raman Microscope, UV vis-NIR spectrophotometer, circular dichroism, spectrofluorometers, HPLC with Diode Array and fluorescence detector, Thermal-Gravimetric Analysis (TGA) and gas sorption (BET surface), Microfabrication equipment for chips for the H2S sensors and adsorption cartridges, Computer Numerical Control (CNC)-High Speed Milling System, PDMS moulding using standard photolithography techniques (within cleanroom), O2 plasma cleaner.
